Could you please tell us about your experience with Neologix?
Clinton: We have been working with Neologix for about 1 1/2 yrs now and they are, and have been our main outsourcing company for all our work, over the past 7yrs we have used a number of companies from India and everyone has been a hassle and the relationship has only lasted a few months, our relationship with Shan has been excellent and the quality of work has been exceptional.

How was the quality of the service provided?
Clinton: Quality of service has been excellent, they are prompt and very understanding of the project requirements. They have worked on over 20 projects for us with a 100% completion rate, some of those projects have been very large projects involving upto 2 months of straight programming and they not only completed the project in a timely and professional manner the application looks good and works perfectly too.

Where you satisfied with the end result?
Clinton: Very satisfied with all the projects they have worked on for us, they have taken on some nightmare jobs for us that quite frankly most companies/programmers would have refused to do, but they dived in and completed the job even though it was a huge headache.

Did they answer promptly to your questions?
Clinton: Any concerns and/or questions have always been answered promptly and professionally, in fact most times i just get an email from  Shan saying "it is done!"

Did you required support after the project is completed, how was it?
Clinton: With programming work there are always little bugs and adjustments that have to be fixed promptly and they have NOT failed in this area either sometimes even a month later a bug will show up and they fix it straight away, with no question.
